"We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Indah at the Club Lounge — she is truly a gem. Courteous, professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area, her recommendations helped us discover some fantastic spots around Jakarta. She genuinely elevated our experience. Katika, also at the Club Lounge, was equally impressive — attentive, proactive, and always one step ahead. Both of them represent the hotel beautifully. The birthday surprises were unforgettable. The room service team (three wonderful ladies whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch) surprised me with a cake and sang — it truly made my day. Just when I thought that was it, Indah and Katika surprised me again during evening cocktails with a beautifully presented dish from the Chinese restaurant along with a thoughtful card. Absolutely first class. Housekeeping was excellent, the front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and the buffet was outstanding — especially appreciated the chef personally coming by to check on guests. That level of care says everything. We’ve stayed at several Mandarin Oriental properties around the world — they’re always excellent — but Jakarta truly went above and beyond. Professional, polished, detail-oriented, and genuinely warm. We will absolutely return and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta. "

"Amazing Service from The Ritz Carlton Hotel Jakarta This is our first time stayed in 5 stars hotel. We stayed in this hotel from 7-9 February 2026. My husband booked the Grand Room Club. At the entrance, everyone were so welcoming. At the receptionist, Pak Azriel who were handing my check-in. I also met Mbak Melanie who i talked on the phone before, to confirm about the check-in time. They were so helpful and pleasant. We got the room at the 21th floor, plus acces in the Club Lounge at 26th floor. We got the opportunity to have 5 time meal which devided by: Afternoon Tea, Dinner, Cordials & Dessert, Lunch, and Breakfast. For breakfast, we could choose one between take in the 26th floor or Lobby at the Asian Restaurant. The Club was very excellent! The Manager, Ibu Royana Rasjid, welcomed us always whenever we visited the Club! She was very kind and so helpful! We got some compliments, that was so delightful and copious! Thanks bu! For the room, we got city view! It was amazing! Everything was so clean and clear. We didn't hear any noise even we face the city. The pool was also clean and fine! It was in 5th floor. It was like in "Bali vibes" so natural and nice. It such a very wonderful "staycation" in The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Hope i got another chance to stay here. So i can say that this hotel is very recommended 👍👍👍"

"Clean,Comfortable room. Hotel had restuarant and coffee, icecream snack bar, also a gift shop with beautiful womens clothing and items for children at reasonable prices. Able to get luggage cart. Hotel is one floor under International airline check in."

"We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found that we had a message from the airline saying that our next flight was delayed by 24 hours. So the team from the hotel took us back to the airport and we were able to reschedule our flights and make it to our destination. The team were always smiling and pleasant to deal with a credit to the hotel."
