"This was our 1st time booking an apartment and overall it was a good experience. The apartment is very secure with keypads on both the front door and the apartment door. The apartment itself is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, good fridge freezer, good oven and hob, dish washer and the counter electricals like kettle and toaster.Bathroom with bath and shower is very nice and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed and lots of storage. I would rate it good...

"I had not realized how beautifully located The Gresham is to old town Leicester. The Gresham could use some refurbishing (hall carpets as an example) however, the ambiance was perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast each day was delicious with reasonable selections. My room was quite cozy and comfortable. "A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm.
