"The hotel itself was very nice, except the restaurant was closed when we were there. Which was a pain. The parking was oddly far away from the front door. Little confusing when we arrived. The area around the property is very run down, and not well kept. Lots of leaves and trash on sidewalks. Had a creepy vibe, especially at night. Not far from the lake. But, lake was packed with tourists. No great place to get coffee or good food right near the hotel "

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."

The Family Suite was huge - a very large room with table and couches plus a large bed for the parents, and a smaller room with twin bed in a separate room. So the space was great . Both beds were a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise things were in good condition and very comfortable. "Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great. "

"Nice hotel overlooking the lake. Good price and wonderful location. Very nice breakfast. The only downside is there’s no air conditioner so it’s a bit hot in warm weather but when the balcony is open, then it’s okay at night. Would stay here again."
