"New hotel, that was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and 5 mins to the train station. Family room had a bunk bed and a double bed. Only bad thing is that the floors seemed thin as we could hear the child moving around the door above. "We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided.
