"We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. "Wonderful hotel which really suited us. We wanted easy access, great parking, apartment facilities, access to Ravenna's sites and the local area and it exceeded in all of these. The staff were so very helpful directing us to local stuff - buses, free bikes, shops etc. ok, it was a reasonable walk into the centre of town but we did it most days and it was no problem - you could always drive, take the bus or cycle. Our week was too short with so many things to see in the area. We would go back. "

"The shower is litarlly next to the toilet without any shower curtains. Also the rooms has no airconditioning, which can be bad in hot summernight. Otherwise the room was fine!"

"Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....
