"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Das Apartment ( wir hatten Nummer fünf) wurde wirklich sehr hochwertig erneuert. Ein tolles Bad, die bemalten Wände wirklich sehenswert. Auch die Isolation im Dachgeschoss musste wirklich hervorragend gelöst sein, denn bei über 30° Außentemperatur heizte sich das Zimmer nicht auf. Leider war die Kücheneinrichtung sehr minimalistisch. Ein kleiner Kochtopf ohne Deckel, eine kleine Pfanne, keine Schüssel kein Brotmesser, kein Flaschenöffner und so weiter. Wer nur Kaffee trinkt und sich ein Brötchen...

On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. "heerlijk apartement, mooie kamer met lekkere bank, goede tafel met stoelen, lekkere badkamer, prima slaapkamer met een goed bed en een goed uitgeruste keuken . Heel goed voor een paar dagen, wij waren er voor slechts 1 nacht op doorreis, maar dit apartement is zeker aan te bevallen om wat langer in de buurt van Karlsruhe te blijven. 1 straat verder is een mooi park waar kinderen en honden prima kunnen spelen. het apartement is wat lastig te bereiken, met buiten een ijzeren trapje omhoog en weer...

"Hazienda was super nice place for our family vacation during Christmas break. We truly enjoyed our stay and made us fill at home. Kitchen was adequate for our light cooking during holiday and we really liked walkable neighborhood this apartment was situated on. Heated floor helped us when dealing with unexpected wet weather during our winter break. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Baden-Baden."

"The location was great - in the northwestern end of the Black Forest, but easily accessible by car from Karlsruhe, where we attended a conference. The room was quite spacious, and well equipped. The bathroom was much bigger than the typical European bathroom. The only drawback was the WiFi which was intermittent. "

There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower.
