What a treat! We were first welcomed by Ben. He was helpful and joyful to mingle with. We particularly enjoyed the spa access. The hotel is situated well within reach of a few Baden Baden scenic spots. Just walking around is very enjoyable already. We will be back.

We were there for less than 24 hrs. Biggest mistake of our planning. Next time 3-4 days. Gorgeous. Excellent hotel and Baden- Baden is gorgeous. I can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Nice massage with lady from Jamaica and lovely pool. Btw, best ice cream right across the street!

Well-located hotel super close to everything. The touchpad inside the room somehow forced us to skip the room cleaning which was a bit annoying. The staff at breakfast were especially nice—especially the lady with the red lipstick and updo hair! Reception staff is pleasant as well but when we requested them to help us with a few things in the room (safe instructions wrong, ironing board needs to be removed, Nespresso machine broken) they never came; we made do anyway as these weren’t urgent needs. The room itself is nicely decorated. Bed is too soft
