"I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. "We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. "This was a lovely hotel in magical Leukerbad. When we were there, it was decorated for Christmas, which made for a warm, cozy atmosphere. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future!"

"Delicious breakfast was included in our stay with good service. Rooms were clean and bathroom and shower were excellent. Checked in before we got to the hotel and had no problems. Parking was a little tricky to find but a local helped us find free street parking just down a few hundred feet down from the hotel. "

"This property was wonderfully convenient to the bus and train stop…I mean within 2-3 minutes. That was so nice. And it was clean and the door locked and we had the things we needed. Ausserberg was very quiet with nothing going on in the evenings and no restaurants or anything. There was a small grocery spot but it was closed. But, it did have cool old buildings. Wonderful little balcony we could sit out on. The price was right. We enjoyed our stay. But…there was no one un sight. They cleaned our rooms each day but we never saw anyone and there is no front desk. There looked like there might be a spot to grill or sit out front but there were a few rough loud men (employees?) that sat there every evening and morning and were kinda loud and cigarette smoke wafted up into our room through the windows every. That kinda bothered me. It made me feel like we could not go down there."
