"The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. An email had been sent while we were on the road, too late to be of any use. No elevator. Pillows were horrible. The room was soundproof so it was very quiet and we appreciated that.
