"Great hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, well equipped. Quadruple room was great for us and our two kids. Would love to have parking better marked as well as signs at the back entrance. We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine. Would certainly stay here again!"

"Simple and easy, well located - right next to one of Jena's main train stations (Jena West). Okay: There is a price to pay for this. A train passes nearby every now and then and it is noticeable. "I booked from the States. Quiet location, single room quite sufficient, great tourist info, wonderful breakfast bar, even for me with vegan needs, only a 10 minute walk from the old town and all the tourist attractions. I highly recommended and would return to this little hotel."

"The staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom not up to standard. The hotel is not close to the city center but easy to reach with the Strassenbahn if you don’t want to take your car. "

"Cute little hotel very near the center of town. Tiny parking lot, but if others park considerately it's enough room (a little challenging when people spread out and take up numerous spots). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Honestly, we were exhausted from just having arrived in Europe and then driving 4 hours, so we don't remember everything! I know we all slept well (enough for the first night after jet lag). I'd book the hotel again if in the area. "

Generally excellent, but.....

"The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair at times. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs. I had written to the hotel about a couple of issues, butdid not get replies. The restaurant staff were always kind and helpful. The wifi was occasionally a bit hit or miss. "
