"I loved the room - a very comfortable bed and well laid out bathroom. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Very nice bar with contemporary creative decor. We had an excellent view of the sea (the thick mist cleared after the first day!). We didn't visit the spa but we found our stay most relaxing and pleasant. Parking right outside was very easy with the Ringo app so we didn't bother with the car park pass that is also offered."

"The towels in the room were stained and there were makeup marks on the soap dispenser. Also marks on the chair and floor. I don’t think that room was cleaned well."

Also so lovely to see the support when needed from her colleague who was a great trainer. it’s was clear they were a great team already A friendly welcome and a great room after a long journey is amazing. "The room was a nice size but needs improvement one of the lampshades was missing from the bedside lamp so was just a light bulb I did report to reception but was not repaired one of the windows had duck tape holding the glass in place these are things that could be easily fixed The hotel it’s self is very clean and the staff are friendly there is a bar that had live entertainment on the Friday night The room we had has a nice view of the sea and had tea and coffee facilities and bottled water daily "
