"Water heated only 7-10, but even then we had a problems with hot water and pressure. Called many times to have hot water and needed to escalate to have someone to look at. Even then water was warm but really cold. Terrible condition of shower (tap, glass door and knob wasn’t working properly and there was mould). Limited food option mainly Indian. Pool area bor very inviting. "

"Location was super. The hotel looks good in appearance. The room was big, clean but not noise proof. The maintenance was bad expecially of rest room, was slippery and wet. The bed spread had stains in it. The restaurant food was great. They cooked meals on order. Breakfast had a variety of spread. "

"A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. "
