"Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. "The property is not at all up to the mark. Very dirty inside the rooms and outside the corridor too. Don’t go by pictures listed for the property. It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation. I had to change 3 rooms as there were issues for either AC, water in the bathroom or some or other reason the room was not checked before check in. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room.
