I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. "The property in a small but green and nice park, which makes all the difference, Going out of the gate and trying to walk is not advisable, but that applies to any place you may stay in Mathura.
