"Excellent location. Hotel was very close to the Taj Mahal and main area of the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was walking distance to TDI shopping centre and one of the famous bakeries of the city called “Gopaldas” Hotel had an in-house restaurant called “Kwality”. It was the best food we had in Agra city. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again when in India next!"

The breakfast had multiple options and servers were polite and helpful - they fulfilled all our food requests for my toddler. My kids enjoyed the puppet show at night near the pool. "When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. "Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived exhausted from our flight to Delhi and were checked in instantly even though it was only 9am. At the end we were also allowed to check out late. Everyone was really kind and helpful and the food was just amazing - highly recommend both the breakfast and the dinner buffet. There was a bit of dust here and there and the hotel is for sure a little aged but this did not really affect our experience negatively. Overall very happy, thank you!"

"The interior of the hotel is super noisy. Every time someone call the reception you can hear it. The phone is super loud and the attendant lets it ring, so you get woken up 20 times over the course of the night. I had to put my headphones on to try to get some sleep. I will not be returning"

"Hotel itself was fine, clean and in good condistion apart from a persistent smell from the bathroom. The service was good but the noise from within the hotel was horrendous and went on all night. One other odd element was a window in the room overlooking a communal seating area with only a ill fitting blind protecting your modesty. We only stayed 1 night otherwise would have reconsidered our options."
