"We particularly liked the welcome to the hotel, and in general the helpfulness of the staff. The swimming pool was excellent- very clean and new and the grounds were well-kept. It was our favourite hotel in our visit to India. Special mention of the lady who met us at reception and the other young trainees and fully fledged staff in the restaurant. The other nice touch was meeting the chef and pastry chef. "

"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance.
