"Overall, this is not a bad properties and I mat use it again. However: with that said, there is a very distinct smell outside all the rooms in the common area on all floor that is just disturbing. Beverages in the bar on the roof is ridiculously overpriced….other than that, There is room for improvement with the breakfast menu and while some employees at breakfast/ dinning room perform proficiently, professionally and with care, others have no interest at all. "

"A really excellent hotel with great rooms and great service. The in-room baths and the rooftop gym/pool are both excellent if those matter to you. If I had ONE complaint it's that the breakfast is average, but it's still good for the price and didn't get me sick. That said, this was my first trip to Bangkok and I do have to say the surrounding area is VERY off-putting in terms of traffic safety, aesthetics, and the somewhat limited dining options. "a few broken or worn things in the rooms. it could use an update. but the cleaning crew was great. better than average hotel. strange policy that i couldnt have too much owed to the hotel. i had to pay the room service each time i used it instead of paying everything at checkout like a normal hotel. i had a couple of small problems but were fixed by management with more than satisfactory responses. place was clean and the Air conditioner worked well. the shower stall would leak a lot of water...
