"Awesome place, with a cool location right near the mangroves. Has a little restaurant and bar and gift shop, as well as kayak tours and rentals. Paddle boards too. We liked the visits from the manatees and nurse sharks near the fish cleaning station. "Great location, clean, and good customer service. wish they had fishing rods and more to do around the property, and the AC didn't keep the upstairs cool, very hot up there at night. overall, happy about the stay."

"The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Key West was conveniently located and overall clean. For a property this old, it’s in relatively well maintained and there were employees actively painting and cleaning. I would say there needs to a remodel sometime soon and added maintenance to the rooms. There were loose shower and vanity faucets alone with towel bars and broken floor tile. "

"Overall, I would recommend this property for a short stay in Key West, although there are a few things I'd love to see them improve upon. First, the good: the room was clean when we arrived, there was ample communication before our arrival via email and text from guest services, the hourly shuttle to downtown was extremely helpful and convenient, the pool area was well maintained, and the food at the resort's restaurant and poolside cafe was exceptional.
