"It’s great ancient hotel . Probably would have been good 10 years ago. We had no additional indoor shoes , extra toiletries in the room. The touch screens to the lights weren’t working . Pretty outdated location for the price of the property . Staff was amazing ! "

"This is not just a hotel; it’s an experience! Initially I was quite skeptical about its value, but it was totally worth it. The staff was so helpful right from service at the restaurant (kudos to Santosh, Pydhi Babu, Ramkrishna, Nilesh, Sujata and chefs Arun and Kaushal), to housekeeping specialists. This stay has been the highlight of my trip."

"I was here for 2 nights, and was most impressed by how clean the hotel is — and I’m very, very particular about cleanliness! The room looks and feels like new, and it’s well appointed for a good, comfortable stay. The staff also was warm, hospitable, and professional, and managed well even in the madness of the breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend Le Meridien, and I would also return without a second thought."

"Our recent stay at the Taj Deccan was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the consistently high level of service from the entire staff. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a classy ambiance. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the following individuals who made our stay particularly memorable: * Reception Staff: Their professionalism and helpfulness were outstanding. * Supervisors Mr. Arif & Mr. Samson: Their attentiveness and dedication were greatly appreciated. * Security Staff: We felt safe and secure throughout our stay thanks to their vigilant presence. * Serving & Eating Staff (Mr. Jay, Ranit, Ms. Arunima): They provided excellent service with a friendly and attentive demeanor. * Mr. Aslaam (Driver & Guide): His friendly nature, helpfulness, and generosity (like buying us tea) made our sightseeing experiences truly enjoyable. * Mr. Chetia (Technician): His assistance with our luggage was much appreciated.
