"Overall the rooms themselves are quite nice, I was upgraded to a residence suite that was nice. I did have a look at the luxury room and it seemed a but muggy and dirty, but the room I was in was really great! The main problem with this hotel is actually the design. It's in a sort of U shape so if you have an inner room, you open the window curtains and you're basically looking into other people's rooms, so there is pretty limited privacy. Decent pool The staff were amazing and truly went above and beyond at all aspects including reception/check in and the dining area, and the room was very spacious and clean. "I spent a week here and will only stay at Lemon Tree when I go back to India the property was beautiful and clean, and the staff was so amazing. The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was great no matter what time of day you were eating the rooms were nice and the bed was so comfortable. I can not say enough about the property. "Everything at this hotel is top notch. Be it food, house keeping, breakfast buffet, spa or anybody who works here. We made several requests during our stay for our baby as well for ourselves and all were fulfilled. From baby bassinet to changing mattress, laundry etc. we were even given a farewell cake on our last day at the hotel.Everyone is courteous and a thorough professional. Highly recommend."
