"Genuinely don't understand why this place is rated so high. I would not have stayed here if I knew what it was like. My room smelled disgusting and had mold in the shower. I left part of a cup of tea out overnight and by morning it was literally swarming with bugs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Gross."

"Hotel is setup across 2 buildings and we were in the building up the street from reception but this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and we had a view onto Rossio Square but being on the 4th floor we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good and it was quiet on both mornings."
