"Beautiful property in a quiet but convenient area. Lovely spacious rooms, which were impeccable. Real bonus to have the heated swimming pool in November. Staff were very gracious and accommodating. A few improvements to suggest: maybe some hotel and area information in the rooms would be good; the ‘international TV channels’ advertised aren’t accessible (not an issue for us, but some people may be expecting these); reorganisation of the breakfast area - it’s a stunning setting but quite chaotic...

"We liked Boscolo Hotel. It is a nice hotel and the room was nice. The location is good too. The staff are friendly and receptive at check in. But I wouldn’t say this is a five star hotel and we didn’t feel like we got exceptional service or anything. We sat in the big lounge for about 20 min and no body came to take our drink order so we left. So good location, nice rooms but not what I would call 5 star. "
