"Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. "

"My husband and I never wanted to leave. The views of this villa are breathtaking. Santiago was able to help us with settling in quickly. Highly recommended if you have access to a vehicle. Otherwise, it may be difficult for you to reach the villa and/or utilize the hotel below for dining/etc. "

"This property has a beautiful setting and is a very tranquil place to stay. It is right on the outskirts of La Fortuna and situated in a very secluded area. I do recommend you have a car or other transportation from the hotel if you stay there. We had a rental car so we had no issue with transportation but it is too far off the beaten path to just wander into town for dinner or shopping. The hotel staff can of course set up any transportation you might need. They offer many,many things at the hotel for you to do… massage, yoga, pool , hot tub, and walking trail… so you actually never need to venture off the property if you are looking to just stay and enjoy the amenities there. If you have a car then it is in the perfect location. Not too far and not to close to all La Fortuna has to offer. The breakfast buffet which is included is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. PS Yoga is no extra charge and was relaxing and in a beautiful covered outdoor space. I highly recommend going to yoga especially if you have been hiking. "

"Fantastic brand new property with individual apartments including a private garden and jacuzzi. The rooms are smartly designed with part open ceiling in bathroom, natural light coming up in the morning and the birds and nature waking you up in a lullaby Distance to tow n is 3-4 mins walk and there is a super market nearby Uber operates in La fortuna so Al good "

Relaxing, Beautiful, Comfortable

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking (on-site) is monitored as are the grounds which provided a good sense of security. The property was immaculately maintained in terms of landscaping and cleanliness. The included breakfast buffet was plentiful and clean. Our room was clean, but we did not find the bed to be all that comfortable (it was a bit too hard). The room service took extra time and attention to fold our pool towels into a beautiful design, which was an unexpected and appreciated touch! We were a little underwhelmed with the buffer dinner option at the Pyramid restaurant and did not try the Italian restaurant on site. The pools were clean and not very crowded! We also had a great time at the spa (massage and facial) with prompt service and therapists who went the extra mile to help us have a relaxing experience! "

"Wonderful place to stay the only thing that was unfortunate during our stay was that we didnt have access to the gym and the basketball court which was a big selling point for us when we were booking. It was all under construction and it would have been nice to know prior to arriving. Otherwise, beautiful location and very friendly staff! "
