"Overall realy good place for the price paid, calm and the view is very nice even at night. Breakfast was also nice and good. On’y small issues are the size of the room and toilet (had to climb over the toilet to access the shower) and we could hear people walking on the corridor whoch can be annoying for some others."

"I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. The hosts are warm, friendly and helpful. They are very pleasant to talk to and we even shared some laughs. Our room was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the mountains is spectacular. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with special touches and plenty for our appetite. Next time we hope to stay longer. Thank you for an incredible experience!"

Petit déjeuner moyen mais correct. Le personnel adorable. Une piscine propre et chauffée ! Franchement pour le prix c’est vraiment correct ! À faire…"

"The property is beautiful and the staff were more than happy to help and facilitate our every needs. A male bar tender / waiter did let down the team by being short and rude but this did not affect our stay and it is not fair on the rest of the team who went over and above to please us. We stayed one night for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel spa pools are natural thermal pools and it is clear that when this hotel was refurbished, no expense was spared, we loved it albeit I can see why...

"Hotel Carignano is a perfect hotel to stay in with their great staff, easy check in, a location that is very amenable to the walled old town Lucca (tip: free parking at Piazzale Don Franco Baroni. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the walls from there.) The breakfast buffet has ample and a variety of foods to select from. A truly great hotel to stay in and enjoy all that Lucca has to offer!! "
