"Premium rooms were well equipped and modern. The Breakfast options were the best I’ve had in an European hotel. Lovely quiet spa. Gym was well equipped. I found it slightly far to walk to most of the attractions and used Uber. The roof top pool area was crowded and loud when I stayed. We struggled to get a bed. Service in reception and dining areas was excellent. Housekeeping could have been better. Overall a pleasant stay and I would go there again. "
"Great hotel in a fantastic area of Lisbon. A short stroll down the hill and you will find yourself in a beatiful praca with the original bakery of the Pastel de nata. One of the best pieces of pastry youll ever have. Across the street are a row of resaurants and over the boulevard is a historic monastary. The staff at the hotel are amazing and provided support for us to get local recommendations and helped make a case to get the airline to refund us for delayed flights and missed nights at the hotel. "Visited with family, including 2 teenagers who love football. It's a short transfer from the airport - around €10 in a standard taxi. There's a fab supermarket across the road and the biggest hypermarket I've ever seen is over at Colombo Mall. We used Alto dos Moinhos tube to get around the city - although Google Maps always suggested one that was farther away.
The hotel staff were all lovely, going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were in a 2 bed apartment, with a fantastic view, great living space and 2 bathrooms. Great AC.
We loved the pool and all of the communal spaces. Meals were lovely, too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
