"Great place overall - it's exactly as expected. The only reason for a 4 star vs. a 5 is that it's not a 5-star resort. It's a comfortable, clean, nice Hampton Inn. Great location too - near many shops and restaurants!"

"Overall, I had enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooftop patio was one of my favourite features, although the only downside to it was that it was closed for a big portion of the day, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space during the afternoons. Didn’t see an option for any room service during my stay. Rooms were comfortable, clean & updated. Pillows thinned out quite a bit with pressure, thank goodness there were 4 on the bed. "Stayed here for the Chiefs and Panthers game. It was so easy to walk to the game from there. Also, they stored our luggage while we went to the game. Very friendly staff. The pillows and bed very comfy. "

Adrian went above and beyond!!

"My daughter, two granddaughters and myself drove 3 hours to Charlotte to attend the Southern Christmas Show. We were going to arrive late, so I called to let someone know that we would be be late. Adrian answered and assured me that there was no problem! He said that he would be there until 11 and was looking forward to our visit. When we arrived he greeted us with a smile and efficiently gave us our room assignment! He explained about the parking, breakfast etc. I laughingly told him that I was in a brain fog for being on the road for so long, and repeated his directions about the parking back to him to be sure that I understood. He said " I'll tell you what-- I will meet you on the 5th floor of the parking deck and show exactly where the park". He did just that! He actually beat us up to the parking area and guided us into our parking space like someone at the airport. He was fantastic and did everything with a smile! I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Adrian for making our stay special! "
