Beautiful, clean property with a very well-equipped gym. My husband and I really enjoyed the yoga with Melanie. There are plenty of activities for families to enjoy. What stood out the most? Definitely the customer service. The staff working at the reception and at the restaurant were exceptionally courteous, kind and polite. We also really enjoyed the restaurant’s breakfast and the bar’s cocktails. We will definitely return and try out the restaurant for dinner next time!

My family and I had a great time staying Entourage, the view was phenomenal from my Penthouse room. And the bar and restaurant downstairs offer great selection of beverages and foods. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t try the spa services at the resort but look forward to going back for another vacation.

It's a nice resort with few, but major shortcomings. The room was very nice and spacious, but housekeeping was not. The room was very dark at night time, and on top of that reading lights were broken. The telephone didn't work. Every single towel they gave us was torn apart with shrubles hanging from it. I couldn't resist to take a few photos of this malfeasance. I had to go down to reception which located far from us to tell them about it since the phone in our room was broken. In my opinion, every single room must be checked by a supervisor for readiness and not be left up to the maid. And now let's talk about their restaurant. We tried it for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast buffet had very limited selection of food, but it's price was not up to the quality and value. The lox I ordered from the menu smelled spoiled and fresh fruit salad was not fresh at all to the point of not being edible. I've never seen a restaurant in a hotel who takes reservations for breakfast instead of being able to come and wait your turn. We didn't know about it, so we couldn't have breakfast one day because they were completely booked. The dinner menu was a real "Masterpiece". The menu selection of weirdly combined food and ingredients with fancy names was very limited. The tiny portions were not even suitable for kids. So, the bottom line. There are better choices available. We wouldn't stay at this place again.

Our stay at Entourage sur-le-lac in August was perfection. We booked one of the studios which was gorgeous. It was a brilliant size with our own little kitchenette and balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. The hotel is a short drive away from Quebec City. Worth being out of the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy the countryside and the lake. It is still close enough to enjoy everything touristy in the area. We loved being able to enjoy kayaking on the lake for free as part of staying in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. I am already desperate to return. Thanks for an amazing stay!
