"Room was clean and nicely decorated. My major complaint was the staff. I felt like an imposition when I asked a question. Some of the staff was very curt and unfriendly. This hotel is also right next to working railroad tracks. We were woken up at 4 am to CP train. Housekeeping does not clean daily. Highlights this hotel offers daily soup in the evening."

"The hotel is new and everything was in perfect condition. It was really nice to have a fully functional kitchen. The staff were nice and very helpful. They even helped me figure out how to get reimbursed from Hotels.com when we were ready to leave a day early. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast but it was very nice to have the convenience. They would have taken us to a nearby restaurant by shuttle but we preferred to walk. Overall a very nice experience. "
