"For us, the location was perfect and the view lovely. If you are seeking quiet, this isn't the spot for you. The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. I knew it was near a restaurant, but didn't realise there would be dozens of people sitting right under the balcony! The bed is very firm and we literally...

"The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. "A homely and comfortable country house in which to enjoy a few days exploring The Gower. The staff are so very friendly and obliging. They could not do more to make you feel welcome and to assist in any way. Breakfasts and evening meals are excellent, and the lounge with wood fire is a joy. Parking is convenient. I highly recommend the afternoon teas too. Our thanks go to everyone. "
