"Service was quite bad. Imposible to locate anyone. I was in the lobby lounge for 1 hour trying to find someone to resolve an issue I had. The club Lounge was filled with drunk government offials which made it impossible to work in. "

"Amazing polite staff, wonderful executive lounge which could do with more continental dishes, breakfast was almost the same everyday but not bad, my only downside was my partner stained a pillow with hair dye and we had to pay for that which was a bit surprising."

"This place was great! The property was well kept, and breakfast dining is excellent. There is a walking trail across the hotel and more dining walking distance from the hotel. There are couple things I didn't like 1) customer smokes in NON-SMOKING floor 2) There is a loud music beat coming from the park where locals go to exercise. If you want a quiet room, don't pay extra for the view because you will hear the music daily. It starts early in the morning and another between 6pm to 9pm. ;-("

"This is a nice new hotel in a convenient location for business in Ruian and Wenzhou. The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked. Staff were friendly, though some struggled with English - we got by with gestures, smiles and translation apps ! As you would expect, breakfast was mainly aimed at the local market but there was still plenty for western tastes. My only problems were : room service is only available via a Chinese language app unless you visit the lobby...

"The location is not ideal, far from most restaurants. The nearest thing is a shopping called “WANDA”about 10 minutes by car. At the moment of my stay (October 2021) the gym was being remodeled, the road was being fixed and seemingly other hotel facilities as well. The staff were friendly. The complain I have is low pressure on the shower. Also room seems little old, not par with the reception hall."
