"Stayed for one night while attending a Christmas party at a nearby farm shop. Suzanne was very welcoming when we arrived showing us where everything was. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. "

The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. Perfect secluded getaway

"Tucked away, this farmhouse is just superb! Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever enjoyed! Kirsty and Neil are good hosts, ready to offer recommendations if asked, but will leave you to yourselves if you prefer. They keep pigs and chickens, which we were lucky enough to feed, and I can report that the sausages, bacon & eggs at breakfast were very tasty! Added bonus of homemade cakes left out, delicious! Thanks Kirsty & Neil"

Short break with son and dog.

"Our bungalow (Walnut) was in a quiet, peaceful setting with an open view across the lawns to a wooded area with 2 lakes, and a patio with sunshine into the late evening. Inside it was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and had a kitchen fully equipped for self catering. The management was friendly and responsive to our questions. The park is dog friendly, but you need to keep dogs on a lead on site as there are chickens and rabbits roaming freely. A lovely place for a short break in peace and quiet."
