"We were travelling with 6 adults. The accomodations were comfortable and spacious for all of us. Particularly liked having a bathroom accessible from the main living area rather than off each bedroom. Kitchen was stocked to accomodate cooking for six. Liked having a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. "

"Ice maker in two units not functional. Said water line was probably frozen and need to be defrosted. Would have had to leave food out. Not acceptable."

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"Great location, close to shopping, food, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. New floor installation next door for 5 days, was bit noisy. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Had AC, ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms. Let us stay late due to pending storm, very accommodating. Grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. Swimming pool great. Friendly staff. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Grounds and pool are very well tended. Our unit was very tired and needed a deep clean. But the beds, pillows, linens and towels were very good. The A/C wall unit in the living room struggles to keep the space comfortable. I informed the property and hopefully they will replace it. The dedicated lap swimming in the morning is wonderful otherwise it’s overrun with kids even during the non-spring break time window. Good location and very close to Azeka Shopping Center with...

"Great location and grounds. Loved the cabana. The apartment was spacious but very dated. Lanai was quite dirty. We had to clean it ourselves prior to use. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having base start up materials especially even laundry detergent. Having an in suite washer drier was wonderful. We would definitely return."

No music around the pool which was nice. It is a 5 minute walk to Black Rock (great snorkelling) or Whalers Village (opposite way) for shopping and many more dining options. We didn't want to leave."

Wonderful stay in Ka'anapali

"Wonderful hotel. Our beachfront room was steps from the beach. The balcony was large and we loved watching the whales from there. The shower was amazing! The hotel is quiet. "Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent ocean views from your balcony. They have a lot of amenities on property, a beautiful, large garden with various animals to walk through (including penguins!), great pool and pool area. The lobby level has a nice open feel, with basically a small shopping center inside the hotel to include 2 excellent restaurants and a coffee shop. The only issue I could conceive of bringing up is the location on the beach- the beach directly in front of the hotel isn't that great so we did walk 5 minutes away to get to a nicer section of beach but that was no show stopper, given its location on Kaanapali its also in walking distance from a lot of other shops, restaurants, whalers village and a 2-3 minute uber to Lahaina for more options."
