"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. "Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....

"I cannot pay enough tribute to the professionalism of the caring and attentive staff, from the reception, the dining room and the room staff. They were all 'great'. I despaired at the ignorance of some of the guests, who using the smokers' area outside the hotel, instead of using the ashtrays provided they insisted on throwing their cigarette stubs onto the ground along with empty cigarette packets."
