"On September 28th morning Saturday about 0800am , i called the front office informing them that the water pressure in the room is very low & there is no warm water . Until i am about to take a shower at about 1100am , its still not look into & no one came to inform me if the problem have been solved . I called again & saying i need to take a shower before going out . Then only they start taking actions, bringing pail of water for my shower & etc . As it was a Saturday , they told me that the hotel manager is off & no one come to apologise for the invonvenience at all . "
