"I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else."

"Only washer. No dryer. Very nice facility including little play ground, swimming pool and gym. But I wasn’t used to needing to scan the tag every time I use the elevator. Quite annoying on that regards. But I will stay again!"

"They are quite bit of smell when we first enter the room. We bought our own air freshener and spray into the whole room including their sofa. Toilet cabinet below sink and tv cabinet spoiled. Probably happened during others customer stay. Kitchen tools provided, got dining table and there is a washer. Overall im satisfied with the service. Easy to deal with 😊"

"Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms....
