"Overall our stay was ok. Access to the beach was closed due to the railing breaking therefore unsafe. Also there is no espresso coffee available unless you are in the select group. We had to go in the city to get our espresso in the morning. Our ocean view room was ok, not exactly full ocean view as there are many trees obstructing the view. Staff was pleasant."

"I only stay for one day on a 13 day vacation. The power went out for more than 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no plumbing when the power went off. No ability to wash your hands or flush the toilet. It felt like being in a “HotBox”!! The hostess said that the power was out city wide, However, in town there was no problem with the power.. I chose this location because of its reviews. Clearly they are not being honest about the reviews.. "

"First my flight was changed, then my hotel was hanged a week before leaving. U was told I would get an upgrade and git a downgrade! This hotel was very strict and didn't allow you to even put music. The rooms were not ready at arrival. The air conditioning was broke as well as other appliances. If you would if not selected this horrible hotel. Me and my 2 boys would not have this horrible accident. This was my boys first time traveling and you ruined it for them! This was a the worst experience...

"Our stay at the property was out of this world. We had such an amazing time. The food was good, only hiccup was dinner. They try to create an American style menu which is okay, but would have preferred more local cuisines. Staff was friendly, beach was beautiful and secluded. Our room was very clean and I have to say the design was great. I am looking forward to going back with my kids since this time was a couple trip. Thank you having us. One last thing, we did a romantic dinner on the beach....
