"We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early). "A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? NEVER go back to that place and I don’t understand how Expedia doesn’t check the quality of those places or un least you can demand some levels or standards too meet to get the right...

"Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper."

"One of the best locations in the city. Definitely worth paying for a room with a sea view. Reception, lobby facilities of the hotel is nice and friendly. It's annoying that the kitchen can't prepare a breakfast package in case of early departure for a trip. The staff at the bar is professional but considerably slow, approach confusing. If we didn't order immediately after taking a seat, we were ignored. After 15 minutes I had to order a drink at the front counter."

"Such an amazing boutique hotel everything about it is wonderful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the views spectacular. The bed was so comfortable. The heated stone floors at night were an extra touch.also loved having a fan in the room. The rooms are minimalistic in design: no TV, no phone; just spectacular views to help you unplug and relax. Located outside of Puerto Natales the walk along the water takes about 45min or a taxi/Uber 5-7min. Definitely recommend staying here while in Puerto Natales."

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Vinnhaus. The entire property had a very posh Versailles feel about it. The owner of the property, and the staff, take a lot of pride in ensuring you have the most pleasant experience during your stay. There are so many positives to add about our stay. I hope these help the reader… Excellent customer service, very engaging, and staff takes proactive actions before you realize your needs The room is exquisite and had a beautiful 19th century Parisian feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing!, and the room/bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff held our bags for 8 days while we hiked the O Circuit. The breakfast was a great touch and very feeling. It was cute to see the dogs around the property, and if like to enjoy a nightly bar…they have that as well. We would highly recommend Vinnhaus and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in Puerto Natales again. Excellent experience. "

Great stay

"We’d highly recommmend Hotel Vendeval. We stayed here for one night before we began the O Trek in Torres del Paine, and one night after we finished the O Trek. They had a nice breakfast starting at 6am every day (included with your stay); they held onto two small pieces of baggage that we did not need while we were on the O Trek and had those bags waiting in our room the night we got back; and all of the front desk staff were kind and eager to help. Rooms were clean, spare but comfortable, and exactly what we needed before and after our trek. The only note I would make is — we walked to the bus station from the hotel and it it slightly further from the station than some other lodging options; we’d still stay here again if we came back!"

"The views from this property are amazing. It feels remote and private. The natural wood features throughout the hotel and rooms are beautiful. There was clearly special care taken to ensure that the hotel blends into the sacred landscape. The rabbit colonies that live on the property were such a special treat to view. Staff were incredibly friendly, helping us set up a last-minute horseback ride. The food was delicious. Windows and views abound! Would love to come back to visit. Muchas gracias a todos!"
