"We were expecting that the king suite we booked would have had a sheltered balcony with chairs like the pictures had showed. Our suite which faced the highway had a very small balcony with no chairs. The floors in our room were swept but not clean. My white socks were very dirty after walking on the floors. They should be washed after every guest! For your English speaking guests you need to include more English speaking channels other than the news channel CNN and a sports channel. "

"Casa Ritual is a hidden gem. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and backing on to a golf course, it’s the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. "Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. "Excellent stay, from the reception staff to the servers and housekeepers all show pride in their work, room was excellent and grounds were good. Only negative was that guests would reserve loungers with their towels and despite signs to the contrary nothing was done about it, even is guests didn’t show up for 4-6 hours"

"The property has all of the amenities, we found the buffet food to be very good, as well as the à la carte restaurants. It was a nice walk to go to the Malecon from here. The rooms could use some updating, but we found it comfortable and met our needs. "
