"Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again."

It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. "It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional.
