"Nicely situated hotel close to many essentials and big name malls within walking distance. Never had to Grab for the first 2 nights. You are also right next to an authentic Chinese tea house, a hidden-gem not many go to. Rooms are normal for the price you are paying, don't be fussy and expect too much. However, the toilet sliding door of my room is faulty. My friend's room's was fine. Staff were all smiles and friendly, no problems checking in or out. "

"The room was spacious and the decoration original. Service and cleanliness was quite excellent. The hotel restaurant was struggling with resupplying the breakfast buffet at busy times in the morning, which requires improvement. The adjacent mall used to contain dining options for the evening, which is no longer the case. Most of the dinner options close to the hotel require cash payment, and according advice by the hotel would be helpful."

"The hotel is still within reachable distance from KLCC. Everything was good except two things which i do not like. You can hear train sound every now and then. The breakfast was having very limited option and lacks taste. Only apple and oranges in fruits option."

"We come back to stay here 3 days 2 nights for the second time last time was in 2017. It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. Willing to come back this hotel next time. Only the door key card was not responsive enough when inserted it in the card holder to turn on room lights although it was reset by the counter staff.
