King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....

"Great spot in the heart of the core. Connected to the mall and two critical train lines. The accommodation itself is very nice. Equipped with a kitchen with washer/dryer for laundry. A separate living room and dining room and office and bedroom with full bath and powder room. Very nice place. "
