"Great accommodation from beginning to end. There was a line during check-in and the hotel staff brought me to another level to check in so I didn't have to wait. The rooms were spacious and maintained twice a day by the housekeepers. Overall it was a pleasant experience. "

"I specifically chose this hotel because of its location. Our main reason for visit is to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This property is so close and has free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disneytown. It also has free shuttle to the airport and the Bund (make sure to make reservations at front desk ahead of time). The property is very nice--looks very new or newly remodeled. The bedrooms are spacious with the roomy shower and toilet separated by a door from the also roomy sink area. All the staff are friendly although some did not speak english very well. Even with the language barrier, they were nice and tried to be accommodating. If you are thinking of adding breakfast to your booking, just know that it starts at 630am which did not work for us since we wanted to be at Disneyland early with the 7am shuttle. We ended up getting breakfast at Disneyland instead. Only bad thing with the hotel stay was the sewage smell seeping through the little drainage hole next to the toilet. I read about this in other reviews and it is true. The toilet area was smelling really bad with some sort of sewage smell so i covered it with a towel and that solved the problem. For the price we paid, everything was well beyond i expected. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. "

"Excellent location, it's right next to the metro station and the park. Everyone was friendly and welcoming—the receptionist, concierge staff, and the cleaner. I had parcels delivered to the hotel, and they were very kind, taking them to my room and disposing of the packaging for me. The bellman helped carry my heavy luggage during check-out, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again next time."
