"The Hotel was in a great location. We had a view of the marina which was beautiful. The hotel had umbrellas to rent to take to the beach was a great option to offer guest. I would highly recommend Zenza. I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"This property is well managed. Customer service in all areas is great. Taci, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager was sweet and provided us with assurance we needed for any help we needed during our stay. The food was really good as well. The breakfast everyday was delicious. Also, every Tuesday night, the hotel offered open bar from 6-8 in appreciation of the guests. Nice touch! Let's review the beach area, well....in my humble opinion the beach was way nicer and larger that the Ritz Hotel...

"The beach and grounds are just lovely, as are the staff members. One big disappointment was the lack of drinking water! No small shop on the premises to buy forgotten items or WATER! In most 4/5 star resorts we've visited have a way to replenish one's water bottle....rather than having to go into town and find a grocery shop. Also, the service in the very nice restaurant was very slow. My husband had finished his elegant dinner before I was served. Sorry. The manager tried to help...
