The property is just perfect for our stay, beach front, silent, near to everything what we need (restaurants, grocery stores). Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!

This was an amazing stay very quiet and intimate. ACs are only in rooms. Beach is rocky didn’t go but was beautiful ! Water pressure and overall architecture is outdated but everything was still clean ! The hosts were amazing and everything worked fine. Away from popular areas about 10 mins cab or rent a car. Overall beautiful for a private stay! We loved the communication and how easy everything was checking in!

Wow! Our view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking, I am not a wake up and watch the sunrise kind of person but I will say that I did it every day we were here. I chose this spot for our honeymoon and have to say it did not disappoint, the location is so close to the beach. Thank you to the staff for making our arrival special and having a special layout for us, we are definitely going back for one of our anniversaries!

This place is awesome everything you need for your stay down to seasoning for your food and a washing machine for free everything is 8 minutes away I would rent a car and you have a beach right outside and the view is unreal

Our stay was great, like staying at a friends beach house! Very comfortable! If you are looking for 5 star, then go stay at a 5 star resort, if you are looking for clean, comfortable, relaxing with a beautiful view, then stay here! Past visitors leave trash on the beach, which is very uncool amd disrespectful, but that has nothing to do with the property's owner or staff.

Just returned from an amazing stay at this little gem right on the beach. Property was exactly as advertised. It’s a perfect no frills rental. Walk out your door steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. As other renters stated in reviews the bed is small and very uncomfortable. The windows in bedroom are sealed shut. No umbrellas however there are lounge chairs. Little tweaks could make this spot exceptional. Housekeepers are sweet. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation on a budget,this is the place! My husband and I can’t wait to go back.

Owner is nice. For the price I pay I think I should get more. The great thing about the place is the beach. Bed is way to small for 2 people ( full size) . Alot of thing in the house need to be updated. The grill doesn't work. I love all the beach toys that provided. The house keeper come a couple time to clean the place so it is a plus. Plenty of towel for our family. Overall good serives just the place need to be updated.

Great location, right on long bay beach. We are kitesurfers, can launch on beach directly in front of property. Very convenient. Property managers very fast to respond to needs and requests.

We loved the location and we loved the housekeepers. We had no internet and no TV and had to attempt to use internet from the next villa over. We needed internet for maps and booking excursions. Tv never worked until an hour before checkout and only Netflix worked. Property manager never called back or made it right as he stated and concierge never called back.

The property says "air conditioning", but is only in the bedroom, and the bedroom louvered windows were in the "shut" position, couldn't be opened so no view! The rest of the unit is ceiling fans. The week we went you could not sit in the Living area for long due to heat and humidity. Otherwise, it was fine and on the beach.

This is our 3rd time at this property however we noticed that maintenance is lacking. We stayed in the single bedroom this time. We stayed in the villa our 1st time also. Window glass shutters inoperable in the bedroom and bathroom. Light bulbs out in various locations. Mattress is old and needs replacement badly. The only place to get shade by the beach (a pine tree) has been cut down. Room service was wonderful. Beautiful beach for swimming but bring water shoes as there are shells in coral as you enter the ocean.

This property has amazing views! The ladies that come by to clean are lovely and do a great job. However, this villa is "tired" and needs to be updated. The beds are horrible. I slept in both bedrooms in the hopes that one bed would be better than the other. I could feel the springs through the mattress and the bed squeaks. Reminds me of basement beds :(. The coffee pot is the cheapest one they make. Please note: only the bedrooms have air-conditioning units. This is only probably an issue in the summer months (still, I would have liked to know this ahead of time as we went in July). It was extremely hot and humid in the house (with the exception of the bedrooms). The outdoor lounging chairs looked like they washed up ashore from a resort. They have grills but they also are in very bad shape. I am aware that the sun and salt are very hard on things, therefore, replacing them is necessary. The lamps and ceiling fans in the house are rusted and look awful. A little TCL would help so much, considering the villas surrounding this place are very nice. We stayed in the bottom of the largest villa. So...amazing view but a little disappointed :(
