"Our stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was always friendly which is rare to find these days. The beach chairs are cushioned and comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, easy to find a spot. The room was clean and spacious. Food was great! Service was always fast except for our last day for lunch at The Deck restaurant. Waited an extremely long time for our food and it didn't seem super busy. Location of hotel was great as you could easily walk into town. Will definitely return! Jay the Filipino waiter was excellent!"

"The check-in staff was exceptional. The room had everything you could possibly need. The only negative was the mattress… it was a bit harder than the norm. I think the continental breakfast is an added bonus as it provides a nice breakfast option to start the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Our stay at West Bay Club was great. Our room was large with strong air conditioning. The beach is the best part of the location. It’s so beautiful and a bit quieter and less populated than the other resorts a bit further down. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious!
