"Their systems were down so they couldn't recover my Expedia reservation. Got a room however they still took my credit card info.. all written down on pieces of paper! Even though my reservation was prepaid. No hot water in the room! Outside there were 1000's of cigarette butts everywhere along with garbage. When I checked out their systems were still down so im concerned I'll get double charged. Front desk receptionists were very nice and helpful. "

"Staff were very helpful. Pool was closed and the sign looked like it had been there for awhile. Bath towels are very small. Breakfast was a big layout but not much other than sugar and carbs. Ccffee was good. Room smells strongly of some cleaner or chemical. The heater/AC unit is loud and blows right onto the bed, so strong that it lifts the blanket but it haa to be on to keep the room at a confortable temperatura. "Can't complain for the price. I needed a bed and shower. Room was large, which made it seem empty. Again, no big deal. Was a little concerned that there was no smoke detector, but the wiring for it was hanging out of the ceiling. I mentioned it on check out. He said it was stolen and hasn't been replaced yet.
