"The staff were great and very friendly. The room needed to be upgraded because of previous vandalism issues (no fault of the hotel). We were happy overall with the upgrade. A few things to note: the hotel is very much showing its age and should be given some major rework as soon as the ground floor issues (see above) are cleaned up. Some of the lamps were not working and it seemed the power was off to some outlets. The curtains were damaged and should be replaced. none of the sinks except the kitchen had plugs that fit. The carpeting in the room should be replaced as soon as possible.
We overlooked this as the room itself has lots of potential and we were comfortable enough. Also, the staff were great to interact with. kudos."
