"The lady running this place is extremely professional. Everything is super clean and smells nice. The office too. She told me that the front desk is 24 hours and she meant it. There is always someone there. Some may find the rooms to be Spartan, but please, consider the room you would have for that price in Seattle, or Minneapolis, etc. You have a nice, clean room in a safe area. Simple walk to shopping and the beach. Cement beds don't squeak."

"They gave us the wrong bangalô. Unfinished, half painted. Lots of wires around property, no hot water. I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. "For a budget stopover the Hotel Diamante could not be faulted. The room was spacious with two king size beds. In a room off there was a good sized sink area, toilet and shower. The shower had plenty of hot water and the water quickly became hot at the sink. Besides the television there was a microwave and decent sized fridge. Outside the pool was sadly drained for maintenance, but we managed to have a drink on the unusual poolside chairs. The receptionist was helpful pointing out a nearby eatery...
