"The only thing a huge let down is their terrible wifi connection and as an outsider you need it all the time. Otherwise room was good and spacious, staff were ok and the breakfast was great! There is a huge train station near by - Berlin Gesundbrunnen - and a huge mall surrounding it. Very well connected to Alexanderplatz, heart of Berlin from where you can go to almost all points of interest. Recommend. Will stay again provided they improve the wifi."

What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! "I loved the staff and how attentive they were. They made the check in process so easy. We did get a bit lost trying to get into the building but they were able to meet us in the front and guide us in. I also appreciated the rooms. The rooms were very clean and neat. We were a a good size group and appreciated the location and the fact that we were able to find them so last minute. "
