"The 402 Hotel is an unique place. The owner welcomes you with home slipper and a big smile and everything feels like home. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful colors, so has the living room, which is a little cozy corner of then house. The owner makes sure you are placed in the best spot, the kitchen and the bathroom are the most beautiful home/like rooms I have ever seen in a hostel! "I had a great experience here, great staff, very cozy and relaxed hostel, great place to meet people and lots of stuff to do, nice kitchen area to cook food and save some money, rooms and beds were nice, pool and outdoor activities were great, barbecue was awesome, rental options for surfing was very convenient and good price, I would definitely stay again."

"I had the whole property to myself as I stayed on a weekday night! It was kinda scary as I was the only guest and it’s a big room and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. However, the lights went off shortly after I went into the shower room. As I’m not tall, the sensor can’t detect my moving arms so I ended up showering in the dark. I would recommend staying here when it’s slightly busy. "
