"Our short stay was perfect. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower/bath tub room was large and well kept. The highlight is the pool. Practically had it to ourselves, a great temperature and plenty of space to sit. It was peaceful and quiet too due to its location. Hosts had excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll go back for sure!"

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

"First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member. Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you."

"Our stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful and quiet and our room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel had tuk tuk drivers waiting nearby and they could take you to wherever you wanted to go. Every member of the hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. "This qas oue second time staying at the royal crown hotel. It's a nice property, centrally located close to the restaurants and night markets. The room was nice ans spacious. The only issue was we had a penthouse room facing the street and it gets noisy ans I'm a light sleeper :) the staff here are the jewels. They will do anything that they can to make your stay pleasant. I never saw anyone without a smile. "
